M1420/HZ Universal Cylindrical Grinding Machine is designed for grinding rotary parts of cylinder and cone with diameter less than 200mm.
The wheelhead adopts integral structure to improve the rigidity, the design of wheel spindle ensures the processing accuracy and realizes high strength and rigidity, thus to achieve high-efficiency grinding requirements. The wheelhead spindle bearing adopts two sets of sliding bearings which composed of three bearing bushes, featuring high rotary precision, high rigidity, good resistance to vibration as well as heavy-load and heavy plunge-cut, the motor power of the wheelhead is 4kw. The spindle bearing lubrication oil is supplied directly by the oil sump, with self-lubrication protection function and easy for maintenance.
The cross movement of the wheelhead is provided with hydraulic rapid advance and retract function.
The taper of workhead and tailstock adopts Morse 4#, which greatly improves the bearing rigidity of the workpiece, the max. weight of the workpiece can be up to 50kg. The workhead motor adopts variable frequency and stepless speed regulation motor with power of 0.75Kw.
The table consists of swiveling table and table saddle which can be used to adjust the taper of the workpieces, it is positioned through locating pillar and pressing plates at both ends. When the swiveling table needs to swivel for a certain angle, the angle &#118alue can be measured by the scale. Micro-adjustment can be measured by the dial gauge. The table guideways use flat-V and plastic sliding guideways. The guideway surface adopts hand scraping. The longitudinal movement of the machine table can be hydraulic-driven and manual-driven, lubrication adopts small-hole throttle unloading type.
All movement components of the machine adopts electrical, hydraulic and mechanical interlock mechanism, the rapid advance and retract movements adopt independent handle, thus to make the machine easy to control and safe to operate.
