■Double-column and gantry layout principle, enclosed frame structure consists of bed, double columns and crossrail. Machine bed adopts double adaptive V-type sliding guideway pair. Teflon-laminated table guideways. 

■Cross feed movement is driven by DC motor. Cross feed of HZ-K1610 is controlled by CNC.

■Table reciprocating movement driven by vane-type oil pump with stepless speed regulation.

■ Vertical feed adopts automatic and manual modes. HZ-K1610 adopts CNC feed mode.

■ Wheelhead spindle adopts cartridge structure, spindle bearing adopts high precision angular contact thrust bearing.
