■Double column and gantry layout principle, enclosed frame structure consists of bed, double columns and top beam.

■Movable crossrail installed on the column, two saddles on the crossrail for installing periphery wheelhead and universal wheelhead. Wheelheads carry out vertical elevation movement along the saddle guideways. Saddle carries out cross movement along the crossrail guideways.       

■Periphery wheelhead vertical feed, cross feed movement, periphery wheelhead wheel dresser vertical and cross movement, universal wheelhead vertical feed, rotary indexing movement (the swiveling angle is ±110°, the min. indexing angle is 2.5°), the crossrail vertical movement(double-axis) are all driven by AC servo system, namely nine axes. The CNC system adopts FANUC or SIEMENS.
