Gantry Surface and Guideway Grinder series, are the important equipments for precision processing of the basic parts of machine, with the advantages of fine rigidity and large processing range, suitable for final grinding processing of large parts of such industries as machine tool, die mold, textile machinery, printing machinery and automobile and military industry as well as final processing of machine tool guideway, able to make peripheral grinding for the main guideway surface through the automatic, manual (electronic hand wheel) control, as well as grinding for other planes.

The Gantry Surface Grinder series have the following features:

1. The machines employ gantry structure principle that a bed, double columns and a crossrail compose a closed rigid frame. The bed and worktable adopt V-type self-positioning guideways（HZ-K2010 adopts flat-Vguideways）, and the worktable guideways are coated with Teflon.

2.The wheelhead moves up and down along the vertical guideways of the carriage, which move transversely along the crossrail. The worktable is driven to move longitudinally by hydraulic drive, ensuring steady movement, stepless speed regulation with an oil-cooling device.

3.The vertical feed and horizontal feed of wheelhead and the dress feed of grinding wheelhead all driven by AC Servo System. Each feed shaft can feed rapidly as well as feed intermittently.

4.Both the program-controlled automatic grinding cycle and the electric-handwheel controlled manual grinding can be carried out.

5.The modular design can add the following functions according to users’ special demands: CNC shaft closed-loop control , grinding wheel online dynamic balance, etc.

The Gantry Guideway Grinders series have the following features:

Both horizontal spindle grinding wheelhead and universal spindle grinding wheelhead equipped with grinding wheel dressers.

3.The worktable is driven to move longitudinally by hydraulic drive, ensuring steady movement, stepless speed regulation with an oil-cooling device.

4.The vertical feed, horizontal feed and the grinding wheelhead dresser feed movement of horizontal spindle grinding wheelhead and the vertical feed, horizontal feed and the rotary-indexing movement all driven by AC Servo System. Each feed shaft can feed rapidly as well as feed intermittently.

5. Both the program-controlled automatic grinding cycle and the electric-handwheel controlled manual grinding can be carried out.

6. The modular design can add the following functions according to users’ special demands: CNC shaft closed-loop control , grinding wheel online dynamic balance, concave-convex grinding functions, etc.
