Functions:

The machines are designed for grinding conventional guideway, heavy-duty guideway and roller guideway products with high accuracy, able to grind the precision linear guideway with specification ranging from 15 to 125mm.. The machines employ tangential grinding technique, diamond roller forming dresser wheel, double vertical form grinding rail body raceway and two sides, and have the function of compensation for grinding wheel dressing amount in order to keep the consistency of grinding size. Horizontal wheelhead is applied to grind the base plane of guideway and arc surface in the plane of the heavy-duty guideway.
